O.E. Brembo lever blades for late model Italian bikes are very expensive.  Ducati, Aprilia, Moto-Guzzi, in fact all Italian bikes 1990-2012 with adjustable span levers on both clutch and brake can be repaired by replacing thelever blade only. 

Blades are available in bright alloy finish with chrome dial adjuster.  You may need to purchase a pair for a perfect match if your O.E. blade was olive or black anodised.  A matched pair are still less than half the price of one O.E. blade assembly.
